GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE:
ROADMAP OF CLIMATE POLICY FROM KYOTO TO COPENHAGEN AND TURKEY

The first panel of the MURCIR WGCC titled “Global Climate Change: Roadmap of Climate Policy from Kyoto to Copenhagen and Turkey” was held on January 16, 2009.

Panel participants delivered speeches on developments in international negotiations towards the agreement to be concluded at COP15 in Copenhagen, the EU climate policy, recent developments in Turkey’s climate policy and the country’s accession to the Kyoto Protocol, and climate change projects carried out in Turkey.
